3. Information-only analytical methodology
   Auctralytix constructs TPO / Market Profile and other structural observations from available market data using deterministic software logic. These outputs describe market structure that has already occurred or is observable from retrieved data. AI models may convert the calculated output into natural-language explanation. AI does not, under the intended architecture, create the underlying market levels, boundaries or classifications.

   Auctralytix does not warrant or represent that a market profile, value area, point of control, initial balance, single print, tail, day type, composite profile, moving average, confluence zone or any other reference level predicts a future price movement, direction, reversal, continuation, reaction or probability of outcome.

Volatility, leverage, liquidity conditions, market gaps, venue failures, counterparty risk, cyber incidents, regulatory changes and other events can cause losses that exceed expectations.    AI-generated text may contain hallucinations, omissions, ambiguous wording or transcription errors. Where an AI narrative conflicts with structured values directly produced by the analytical engine, the structured values take precedence.
