    Auctralytix currently relies on Twelve Data as a commercial market-data provider across supported asset classes, subject to the provider's licensed coverage and the Auctralytix implementation.


  2. No execution-grade warranty
    Market data is provided for analytical use and is not warranted to be execution-grade, exchange-certified, real-time for every instrument, complete or free from delay or correction.


  3. Venue and session differences
    Prices, timestamps, market hours and session treatment may differ across venues and providers. Cryptocurrency data may be sourced from a selected venue for consistency rather than representing every market.


  4. Market-hours treatment
    Outside applicable market hours, values may reflect the last available open-market state. Auctralytix may use its own session calendar where vendor market-open indicators are unreliable.


  5. Errors and missing history
    If data is unavailable or insufficient, an analysis may be incomplete, omitted, delayed or refused. Auctralytix will not fabricate missing sessions or values merely to satisfy a requested lookback.


  6. Third-party rights
    Use of market data is subject to third-party intellectual-property, contractual and database rights. Users acquire no independent right to redistribute licensed market data.
