This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and protects Auctralytix, its users, data providers and third parties from misuse.Prohibited security and technical conduct
You must not: gain unauthorised access; probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without written permission; bypass authentication or quotas; introduce malware; interfere with service availability; perform denial-of-service activity; or use automated means that materially degrade the Service.Scraping, extraction and redistribution
You must not systematically scrape, bulk-download, mirror, republish, sublicense, resell or create a competing commercial database from Auctralytix outputs or licensed market data, except where expressly authorised in writing.Regulatory misuse
You must not present Auctralytix output to third parties as FCA-authorised advice, a personal recommendation, an approved financial promotion, a trade signal or a guaranteed strategy. You must not use the Service to create or distribute investment promotions, recommendations or solicitations in breach of financial-services or advertising law.Prompt manipulation and prohibited outputs
You must not deliberately attempt to defeat compliance controls in order to force the system to produce buy/sell instructions, target prices, stop levels, probability scores, directional recommendations or other content that the Service is designed to exclude.Intellectual property and third-party rights
You must not infringe copyright, database rights, trademarks, contractual market-data rights, privacy rights or other third-party rights.Unlawful or harmful use
The Service must not be used for fraud, market manipulation, deceptive conduct, unlawful financial activity, money laundering, sanctions evasion, harassment or other unlawful purposes.Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse, preserve relevant evidence, restrict or suspend access, revoke invite codes, terminate accounts and report unlawful conduct where legally required or reasonably necessary.
